The appropriate shape of the bag imitates the competitor's hips, waist and chest, so that he can practice throws and mounts after bringing the opponent to the ground, using elbow strikes, uppercuts, hammer strikes and knee kicks.

The strong compaction of the bag filling prevents the inside of the bags from shifting during many years of hitting the same places, thus minimizing the risk of deformation.
