GSL HMS – fixed bar / bar, with a rubberized load, weighing 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 kilograms.

The broken barbell / fixed bar GSL will satisfy the most demanding users. The neck is made of high-quality hardened chrome steel. It has a knurled grip for a firm grip. The loads are covered with a high-quality rubber coating.

A barbell / broken bar (with a bent bar) is ideal, among others for biceps and triceps exercises. This type of barbell does not overload the wrists, which is especially important for beginners and those who suffer or are at risk of wrist injuries.
